There doesn't seem to be much info on British Christmas Annuals before 1950.
The ones shown here were given at Christmas to my British mother,
and are from the 1930s.
The drawings in these were done by several well-known Illustrators
including Anne Anderson, Harry Rountree, Margaret Tulloch and Pearl Forbes MacEwen.
